KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning & Storytelling: Translate complex data and strategic insights into clear, compelling business narratives for executive leadership. Assist in presenting strategic updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Investor Relations: Assist in the development of earnings materials, including press releases, investor decks, and executive Q&A documents.
• Market Analysis: Provide insights on market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform executive decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with individual business units to craft their strategic stories, enabling them to effectively communicate their objectives and align with corporate goals.
• Support the development of high-impact presentations to senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3 years

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of five years' experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy, with consumer-facing brands in restaurants, retail, and CPG.
• Storytelling Ability: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience simplifying complex information into impactful executive-level narratives.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and develop data-driven business recommendations.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of internal business processes, strategic priorities, and performance drivers.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Investor Relations Experience
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a strategy role within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics.
• Leadership Experience: Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
