A 7-Eleven sales associate/restaurant Associate is responsible for:
- Greeting walk-in customers.
- Guiding customers toward the products they are seeking.
- Upselling various products through suggestive selling and persuasive skills.
- Ensuring sufficient staffing levels.
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
- Maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store.
- Promoting 7-Eleven to guests and the community.
- Maximizing sales and profits.
- Identifying and resolving sales obstacles.
- Managing and maintaining proper inventory levels and controls
Qualifications:
- A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready.
- Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites, coffee!
