7-Eleven Inc. is looking for an ideal candidate to contribute to our world-class IT Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team. We are looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship or Vendor Management Office (VMO) Manager who will be responsible for a set of processes and vendors supporting IT operations. This key role will require prior experience in risk management, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships. While the candidate will not be driving contract or pricing negotiations, they will participate in contract reviews and provide proposed edits in the interest of IT management. The optimal candidate will have experience establishing productive relationships with internal and external business partners, able to negotiate win-win deals, and mitigate outsourcing risks. The candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, and be able to develop/manage a strategic agenda for the assigned work.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with IT Suppliers across multiple tower areas
- Coach others in the supplier and procurement process as needed
- Manage relationships with suppliers providing services or products including managed services, telecom, network, infrastructure, and hardware suppliers.
- Manage suppliers in line with contractual obligations, including large and complex agreements.
- Be an escalation point whenever relationship or performance concerns are raised by suppliers or IT management, identifying who the right people are to involve and driving resolution.
- Represent the interests of IT management in contract negotiations facilitated by the procurement function.
- Experience (5-10 years) working with IT suppliers, especially in the fields of managed services, telecom, network, infrastructure, and hardware
- Coordinate/facilitate key stakeholder feedback for Domestic Contractors
- Schedule/facilitates Quarterly Business Reviews with preferred vendors
- H1-B Letter review and approvals in DocuSign
- Create Fixed Fee contract requisitions
- Resource time tracking and manage approval in Beeline
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Degree in an IT related field preferred.
