Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience when visiting our store.
- Cash handling and fuel transactions, accurately processing sales and managing customer payments.
- Cleanliness and organization, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.
- Stocking and inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure we have what our customers need.
- Food preparation and presentation, preparing food items to order, and presenting them in an appealing and hygienic manner.
- Foodservice safety, adhering to proper health code guidelines to prevent contamination and maintain a safe food environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver around the store and stockroom.
