Purpose:

We are looking for an individual who has a strong work ethic and is passionate, intellectually open & honest, puts the guest first and is an excellent team member!

As a bartender, you will be an integral part of the team, preparing high-quality drinks according to restaurant specifications. You will work under the direction of the Bar Manager and play a key role in contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant operations.

Accountability:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or custom orders

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks efficiently

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area

· Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.

· Follow safety, cleanliness, and health regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff

· Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately

· Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including restocking and cleaning

Expectations:

· Work efficiently and communicate effectively with team members

· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

· Basic math skills for handling cash and making change

Qualifications and Requirements

· Previous bartending experience preferred

· Must be 21 years of age

· Strong knowledge of drink recipes, including classic cocktails

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to stand for long hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
