Job Title:

Ice Cream Attendant

Purpose:

As an Ice Cream Attendant, you are responsible for serving a variety of ice cream dishes and related products to guests, ensuring a delightful customer experience. The attendant will maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to health and safety standards, and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Accountability:

· Greet Guests

· Serve high-quality ice cream and related items to customers in a fast and friendly manner

· Take food orders, accurately input them into the POS system, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation

· Handle cash and process payments accurately

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

· Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.

· Basic math skills required

· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
