Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Brewpub Servers or Bartenders. As a vital member of our front-of-house staff, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your passion for craft beer while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Whether you're guiding patrons through our beer selection, recommending food pairings, or ensuring a seamless dining experience, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Knowledgeably describe menu items, including beer selections, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Recommend beer pairings to complement guests' food choices
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets our standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care
- Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about our brewing process and beer offerings
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
