Job Summary
Location: Miami, 3 days a week onsite (possibly 2)
- 6 years of experience within process improvement development, implementation, and execution.
- Successfully led end-to-end process improvement projects, from identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and measuring results.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Wants someone energized we loves process work/process mapping and can rep her team in a respectful yet inquisitive way. Wants someone who knows how to be gentle when evaluating old process (always a reason why process is in place) but strong enough to enable change.
- 6 years, wants them to come from the HR space that is important to her. HR operations especially preferred, most of changes will be in that space. That’s where they need to hone in for example, onboarding/offboarding/job change/promotion even things from TA.
- Vizio experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
