Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a medical or dental office setting.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Google Suite.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
