Compensation :
90,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to homeowners, realtors, and leads from our marketing efforts.Engage in high-volume conversations to qualify motivated sellers and identify properties that fit our investment criteria.Negotiate deals and present cash offers to sellers.Follow up persistently with leads to build rapport and close deals.Work closely with our team to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing.Qualifications :
Sales experience preferred (real estate, telemarketing, cold calling, or door-to-door sales is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be confident and persuasive on the phone.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills – the ability to build rapport and close deals.Self-motivated and highly disciplined – this role requires persistence and follow-through.Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections – real estate sales is a numbers game.Basic understanding of real estate investing or willingness to learn quickly.A high school diploma or equivalent is required ; a college degree is a plus but not necessary.No real estate license is required , a background in real estate is beneficial but not required.Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.).About Company
