Part advocate, part trainer, part analyst, the Director of Concierge will hire and train a team of representatives who will operate across states to build a direct relationship between 710 and our customers. Responsibilities Include:
- Hire, lead, manage and develop a team of Concierge Representatives.
- Create and evangelize a guidebook for successful concierge engagement at 710 Labs
- Continuously mentor and coach Concierge Representatives
- Identify needs such as product requests, merchandise and accessories, services, and events that deepen engagement and loyalty with members. Ensure these needs are addressed by 710 marketing, ops, and customer service teams.
- Maintain regular communication with top customers to ensure they are pleased with our services
- Maintain customer databases and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting to the executive team.
- Work with production to develop weekly menus.
Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of and passion for cannabis - knowledge of the plant is essential - a lifelong relationship is ideal
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team to a clearly defined set of objectives
- Experience in sales and customer/client/guest services
- Responsibility & accountability (you must take ownership of your team, accounts, and all issues related to them)
- Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation is necessary
Benefits:
- Pay Range: $100,000 annually commission
- Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
