This is a field based sales role in the San Antonio/Valley market.

The BD Interventional Surgery Division offers a broad range of infection prevention and biosurgery products, including Surgiphor, Arista Absorbable Hemostat, Avitene, and Progel Air Leak Sealant.

Job Overview

BD is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Manager Surgery to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory base and expanding the sales of BD's infection prevention and biosurgery products. You will utilize a balanced selling approach, focusing on key differentiating products, programs, and services to drive growth and achieve sales goals within your designated territory.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, national accounts, surgeons, physicians, nurses, and sourcing professionals.

• Thorough understanding of the needs/analysis approach to sales and contract administration.

• Strong interpersonal, oral communication, organizational, and planning skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 80% of work time, including overnight stays.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience is required.

• Operating room sales or medical device experience is preferred.

• Documentation of successful sales performance is required.
