We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Enrollment Representative. This position will be instrumental in building customer relationships and facilitating daily interactions with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with both new and existing customers to provide expert information about our client’s services and address inquiries.
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that meet the unique needs of each customer, offering tailored solutions.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, increasing the potential for referrals and additional sales opportunities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all home services
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams and managers.
