Job Overview :

730 Eddy Studios, INC is seeking an experienced Technical Director to join our dynamic team. The Technical Director will play a key role in planning and executing the technical and production aspects of our live productions. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and creativity in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute technical aspects of live productions.
  • Serve as show TD and Production lead.
  • Oversee audio, lighting, and visual elements to ensure seamless execution of recordings, shows, and events.
  • Manage technical equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live productions.
  • Train and supervise technical staff as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance production quality.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical director role.
  • Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and visual equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Travel will be a large part of this role, up to 80%
