Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Associate. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with 732 Financial is positive and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing timely and proactive support to address their inquiries and concerns.
● Onboarding and Account Maintenance: Facilitate smooth client onboarding, including account opening and document processing. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems.
● Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Coordinate with internal teams (advisors, operations, etc.) to ensure efficient client service.
● Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
● Client Education: Provide clients with educational resources and information to enhance their financial literacy and understanding of our services.
● Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing client reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client records.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business, or economics preferred).
● 1-3 years of experience in client service or a related role within the financial services industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
● Series 7, 66, Health & Life licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
