MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN AUTOMOTIVE BDC SETTING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

BILINGUAL IS A PLUS!!

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage internet leads and phone inquiries in a timely manner in order to generate appointments (inbound and outbound)
• Pursue additional leads provided by management
• Set appointments for potential customers to meet with Sales Associates
• Establish relationships with clients, following up via email, text, and phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the success of dealership by working professionally with a positive attitude
• Collect information and document in the CRM to complete the contact
• Assist customers in vehicle selection
• Work closely with management to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work in team driven environment to meet goals and monthly targets.
• Deliver inquiries / messages intended for other sales personnel and departments
• 40 hours per week.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior Automotive BDC is a must
• Previous experience using a CRM to manage customer leads.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette required
• Sales experience preferred
• Reliable Transportation to work
• Must have valid Florida drivers license or Florida ID card.
