We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical advice to clients regarding their automotive service needs.
*Responsibilities*
- Ordering of parts and billing out of parts as needed on RO's
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recommend appropriate services based on vehicle inspections and customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and follow-up with customers as needed
*Experience*
- Experience in automotive service management or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including shocks, struts, suspensions, transmissions, and diesel engines
- Proficiency in service writing, oil changes, alignments, and other maintenance tasks
