- Variety of Motion Writing
- Depositions
- Court Hearings
- Trial preparations and everything in between REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 6 Years’ experience and good standing with the California State Bar
- Proven work experience in Civil / General Litigation
- Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
- Significant experience conducting depositions
- Work independently with little supervision
- Overall organization and attention to detail are absolutely necessary
