The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex commercial lending transactions, including commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, asset-based lending, and other financing transactions. This position requires the ability to manage multiple matters/issues simultaneously, with a focus on both strategic thinking and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess superior academic credentials and must be admitted to practice in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Represent banks and institutional lenders in complex commercial lending transactions
- Structure, negotiate, and document commercial and industrial loans, real estate transactions, and asset-based lending
- Handle multiple matters and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide strategic guidance on legal aspects of commercial financing
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in banking and financial services law

Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
