Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration).
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a plant operations or facilities management role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Strong familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and codes (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA, local and state building codes).
Proven experience managing and leading a facilities/maintenance team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and patient care systems.
Experience in overseeing or managing construction or renovation projects within a healthcare environment.
Certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP).
