Our team designs physical layer ICs like Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) and drivers for Silicon Photonic (SiPho) and Electro-absorption Modulators (EAMs) that power Data Center, Metro, and Long-Haul networks. By leveraging advanced circuit design, we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to address growing global data transmission demands. Key Responsibilities Innovative Design : Lead the design of cutting-edge Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) in SiGe BiCMOS technology, achieving industry-leading performance. Develop high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers. Design transmission line and millimeter-wave structures to push performance boundaries. Implement precision analog circuits such as linear regulators, AGC loops, and bandgaps. Project Execution and Leadership : Define microarchitecture for major circuit blocks and guide design teams through implementation. Work cross-functionally to ensure post-silicon validation, qualification, and transition to mass production. Technical Expertise : Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior designers, and translating chip-level specifications into actionable designs. Act as a chip lead, overseeing projects from concept to production. Required Qualifications Education and Experience : Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in high-performance RF / Analog Receiver / TIA design, or Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience. Core Skills : Proven IC design expertise, including successful chip tape-outs and lab evaluation. Deep knowledge of transistor-level design, device physics, and feedback loop stability analysis. Proficiency with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layouts, and debugging to correlate simulation with measurements. Strong understanding of SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS technologies. Specific Expertise (Preferred) : AGC loop design, precision analog circuits (linear regulators, bandgaps, current sensors), and CTLE design. Experience in package-system integration.
