Responsibilities include creating room-by-room plans based on client input, developing presentations for decision-making meetings, and communicating with various stakeholders. Projects will involve planning anything from small building renovations to large hospital projects.
Position Responsibilities
- Design master plans and ideas for healthcare buildings like hospitals and clinics
- Work with clients and project teams to understand their needs
- Research trends and best practices in healthcare design
- Prepare and present reports and proposals
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful implementation of design concepts
- Participate in the construction process to make sure everything goes according to plan
Technical/Professional Skills
- Good at planning and designing spaces
- Understand how building systems affect planning
- Experience in capacity planning and usage analysis
- Experience in evidence-based planning
- Familiarity with healthcare planning regulations and guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in design software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Healthcare Planning, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in Healthcare Planning or related projects, focusing on master planning and design.
Salary : $102,000 - $110,000
