Senior Complex Litigation Attorney

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading Personal Injury Mass Tort Law Firm located in Downtown San Diego in search of full-time, on-site Senior Complex Litigation Attorney with exceptional work ethic and a professional, positive attitude to join our growing team. Candidate should have a passion for advocating on behalf of victims of sexual assault and abuse, as well as persons injured by defective medical devices and other consumer products.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on and manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their PI claims.
• Propound and answer discovery and assist with Plaintiff Fact Sheets.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as case managers, investigators, victim advocates and administrative staff, to gather necessary information and support case management efforts.
• Coordinate with external parties, including medical professionals, experts, and other attorneys, as needed
• Participate in case review meetings, provide input, and contribute to the development of case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Interview and investigate forensic experts.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the attorney-client privilege/relationship.

MUST HAVE:

• JD from accredited law school.
• Experience in Personal Injury ( Bodily injury / Sexual Assault / Defective medical devices injury )
• 5 to 15 years in Litigation experience
• Active Bar License in California State
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Self-motivated

Salary : $160,000 - $230,000
