Senior Project Manager- Architecture

Responsibilities:

• To lead building or discipline delivery independently
• The candidate should collaborate on project evaluation and agreements
• Should be able to manage project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget
• Negotiate critical issues with stakeholders
• Help with monitoring document quality and provide coaching & mentoring
• Help in developing  and monitoring  project budgets and schedules
• Oversee correspondence and document accuracy
• Must coordinate bid evaluations and recommendations
• Must support project marketing and proposals
• Must advise on firm standards and seek process improvement
• The  project manager has to build industry network through events
• Must be able to participate in performance reviews and committees
• Coordinate with external partners and serve as client contact
• Provide team management and oversight
• Develop knowledge of project types
• Travel for site visits during construction

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience working within Architecture whether that is through an Architectural Firm or Engineering firm that does work for Architectural Firms.

-Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Project Management software.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent

• Architectural registration
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent
• 15 years of experience within the architecture industry
• 5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Project Management software
• Experience with “Large-Scale Complex Projects” in: Healthcare, Colleges/Universities, Corporate Workplaces

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
