An established and growing Workers' Compensation Defense firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in trials, depositions, discovery, and court appearances.
- Review and analyze medical records and other case-related documentation.
- Travel to workers’ compensation courts in Northern California as required.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and negotiate favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in handling workers' compensation cases, including trial and negotiation expertise.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
