Full Job Description - Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities include:
- Continuous Recruitment for all positions,
- Creates and maintains physical and digital employee files,
- Conduct internal and external compensation study,
- Benefits shopping and administration,
- HR metrics,
- Mentor program,
- Create Team Member Happiness,
- Build team member profiles,
- Conduct performance appraisals,
- Create and enforce policies
- Identify, rehabilitate, warn and terminate employees,
- Process Payroll.
Qualifications
- 3 years as an experience HR Professional
- 3 years in payroll
- Masters in Human Resources or related degree
