What You’ll Do
- Own and Evolve the 7AI Brand: Develop a comprehensive brand guide and ensure consistency across all channels—web, print, digital, and social.
- Website & Digital Design: Collaborate closely with our web development agency to apply our brand identity to our website and blog for a seamless user experience.
- Content Design: Design stunning blog visuals, videos, one-pagers, case studies, eBooks, and social media graphics that bring our story to life.
- Sales & Marketing Assets: Create and refine sales decks, presentations, and ad creatives that command attention.
- Creative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our creative assets align with broader campaign goals and business objectives.
- Brand Stewardship: Advocate for our brand across the company, ensuring everyone understands and applies it consistently.
- Iterate & Improve: Analyze the performance of design assets and make data-driven design decisions to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- 5 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design—ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing your ability to create cohesive brand experiences across multiple mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Experience designing for web, digital marketing, video, and print.
- A passion for solving complex problems through design and making technical concepts visually intuitive.
- The ability to balance speed and quality, executing at pace without compromising excellence.
- A collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Bonus Points: Experience in designing for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI companies.
