Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and drive our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on Digital Content Creation, Developing Promotional Materials, Trade-show Management and other marketing responsibilities to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and showcase our expertise in the commercial real estate and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Develop, design, and manage high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content to promote our projects, services, and brand story.
- Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
Developing Promotional Materials
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, project portfolios, presentations, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create tailored materials for client pitches and proposals.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with 7B’s brand identity and messaging.
Trade-show Management
- Plan and coordinate 7B’s presence at industry trade-shows and events.
- Design and manage trade-show booths, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, promotional materials, and follow-ups.
- Track event ROI and provide insights to improve future participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience with content creation, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with trade-show planning and event coordination is a plus.
