A Brewista treats every interaction with others as an opportunity to build them up - whether they be our customers, teammates, or vendors. A Brewista makes delicious drinks, takes orders, loves our customers, cleans, and stocks during every shift.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders.
- Prepare all drinks and premixes.
- Collect payments for orders using POS system.
- Make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions.
The Brewista knows our menu and drink customizations inside and out.
A qualified candidate must have good communication skills, ability to lift up to 50lbs, can stand for up to 8 hours at a time, occasionally climb a ladder and stepladder, and can work outside for prolonged period regardless of weather conditions.
