Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Support Housekeeping Staff: Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation, including delivering supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities. Report low inventory levels to the supervisor.
- Maintenance Assistance: Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, and reporting larger issues to maintenance personnel.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities role is a plus.
