Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
- Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of housekeeping supplies and inform supervisors when stocks are low.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to maintain a smooth operation.
- Special Projects: Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.
Qualifications:
