Open Position: Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and time-management skills, capable of coordinating multiple trades and professionals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise all project personnel, including staff and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, trades, and owners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform detailed quality inspections throughout the construction process.
- Plan, develop, and manage the full project schedule.
- Estimate, track, and manage project costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Manage and enforce site safety and quality programs.
- Schedule and perform inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Handle site logistics, including equipment, materials, staging, and deliveries.
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
- Lead regular onsite meetings, including foreman's meetings, safety briefings, and jobsite coordination sessions.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies quickly and efficiently.

- 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of local construction, health, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
- The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects as once in varying stages of completion.
