Job Vision:
Ensure that 7G Distributing will drive profitable volume growth, market share, and maintain its position among Suppliers as a leading distributor through implementing effective sales and merchandising strategies. This will in part be accomplished by:
- Focusing on areas and factors where 7G Distributing must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution.
- Ensuring “best-in-market” DSD service to all accounts through “best-in-class” execution and maintaining superior “partner” relationships with retailers and Suppliers.
- Serve as a role model for 7G Distributing by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. Lead by example to promote teamwork, cooperation and enhanced morale.
- Operate with candor, integrity and professionalism is all 7G Distributing interfaces.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- To become the retailer’s trusted draft service and draft sales specialist.
- Execute all draft service route assignments.
- Schedule and execute draft installations with on-premise accounts as required.
- Maintain and ensure service call frequency for all draft accounts.
- Ensure the scheduling and completion of all reported repair work.
- Provide off-site assistance for equipment miss-use situations.
- Perform draft service activities on assigned accounts and ensure that after hour problems are assigned and resolved.
- Assist in coordinating service activities within concession accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date training on the proper servicing of draft equipment per A-B standards including A-B recommended curriculum and WIL. Maintain personal training in the latest draft servicing techniques.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventories of draft beer equipment and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the draft room in the warehouse.
- Ensure all service and repair activity is documented.
- Perform relief activities for department personnel as directed.
- Monitor and report all competitive activity to the Draft Manager on a daily basis.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork is completed according to 7G Distributing, LLC deadline requirements.
- Actively participate and contribute in sales and operations team meetings as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Iowa Alcohol guidelines
Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license Meets insurability requirements
Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical background Can work with hand and power tools
