Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer to join our team. This role involves building high-converting company websites, landing pages with lead-generating CTAs, and implementing online marketing strategies to improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate is proficient in Webflow and/or WordPress, understands UX/UI principles, and has a strong background in SEO and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites using Webflow and/or WordPress.
- Create & Optimize Landing Pages with compelling CTAs to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Manage Website Content & SEO Strategies to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
- Ensure Mobile Responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of all web pages.
- Implement Analytics & Tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Teams to align website design and content with business goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Web & Digital Marketing Trends to continually enhance site performance and user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow and/or WordPress.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).
- Experience with SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web tracking tools.
- Familiarity with lead generation tactics and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
