Players Club Rep
Full Time (evenings)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr company paid benefits

The primary objective of the (PCR) Player’s Club Representative is promoting the success of the Club by assisting customers through the membership process, explaining the benefits of membership, accessing member accounts, and assisting with promotions. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development
• Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment
