Part Time Assistant Brewer

Overview
We are seeking a passionate assistant brewer to join our dynamic team. As a Brewer, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality beverages, ensuring that all processes meet industry standards and regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of brewing techniques, food safety practices, and mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment and ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment and from raw ingredient preparation to final product packaging.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards throughout the brewing process.
• Sanitate all brewing equipment and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor fermentation processes and conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, ingredient usage, and quality control results.

Experience

• Previous experience in brewing or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation is essential.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• A passion for brewing and a commitment to producing high-quality beverages are crucial for success in this role.
