We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Design and maintain databases to support business operations.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by working closely with development teams.
• Create reports using R and VBA to provide insights into business performance.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to present findings and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with database design concepts and server management.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping is highly desirable.
• Understanding of SDLC practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
