- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation is preferred.
- Experience with plastics injection molding processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with machining techniques such as milling, turning, and grinding.
- Ability to fabricate complex components using various materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
