If you have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual. Screen calls for staff as requested and record messages accurately. Greet visitors, residents, and others in a courteous and friendly manner. Utilize computers and basic programs such as SigmaCare and Meditech. Perform clerical tasks as assigned by Administration. Qualifications Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer use, including SigmaCare and Meditech. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of various ages, cultures, and abilities. Availability to work two 8-hour weekend shifts per month, including one Saturday and one Sunday. Work Environment & Physical Demands Frequent contact with residents, patients, visitors, physicians, therapists, nursing staff, directors, senior management, and the general public. Requires 70% sitting and computer work, 20% standing, and 10% light lifting. Effective communication skills are essential 100% of the time. Why Join Us?
