800 Response Marketing LLC is a leading provider of communications solutions, offering specialized telecommunications services, including vanity and shared toll-free numbers, along with real-time analytics tools.
The Role:
Under the direction of the Vice President, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Vice President on lead content creation and the execution of marketing efforts to build the brand among customers and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Lead content creation with the goals of building the brand, enhancing customer relationships, and lead generation. Publish content for the website, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Marketing Program Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including upsell initiatives, account-based campaigns, email, SEO, customer events, and ensure the measurement of marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
- Department Resources: Identify and oversee relationships with outsourced partners, including content development and SEO. Monitor performance of tools used by Sales and Marketing teams, including marketing automation, Salesforce, video, and sales training tools, and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience working in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing environment with a diverse skillset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation, and email marketing tools
