Accounts Receivable / Order Entry Clerk (temp to hire) $23-35 / hr (depending on experience) :
Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming payments, credits, and account balances. Communicate proactively with customers to ensure timely payment collections and resolve outstanding invoices. Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues. Monitor and manage aging reports, identifying areas for follow-up to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.
Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter customer orders into our ERP system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Work closely with the sales team to address order inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist customers with order status updates and respond to inquiries promptly.
