This is a contract-to hire position with a client in Plainfield, Indiana. This is an on-site position and NOT remote. IT Professional - Computer Support
Provide daily on-site IT support at the Plainfield, IN - ADC Warehouse site.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for daily (8am-5pm) IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific warehouse IT device support such as servers, phones, printers, and handheld scanners, etc.
Will need to be physically able to walkaround the large warehouse on a daily basis for spot checks/rounds and device troubleshooting. Ambient temperature and refrigerated environments are part of the support landscape.
Candidate will need superior customer service skills and able to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 1-5 years experience only.
