Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Coordination of program requests for Mobile Labs between the sales teams, marketing team and external agency operating the vehicles to ensure each event is executed smoothly
- Project support for Mobile Labs to update graphics and materials for the events, work with creative teams to provide branded toolkits including invitations and follow up surveys
- Act as on-site host for customer visits in our Tarrytown, NY facility including pre-visit site preparation – welcome signage, room set up, IT presentation support and room reservations
- Work with the Marketing Manager on approved customer events to set up planning calls and guide the account teams with program outlines, templates and agendas to facilitate the customer experience
- Tracking and facilitation of reference site visits including confirmations and database management
- Work with our tradeshows and events team to maintain an annual events calendar
- Support the sales organization on requests for regional tradeshows and events
