6-Month Contract to Permanent Placement
- Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards in support of our new world-class Customer Experience Center.
- Perform first level troubleshooting of network connectivity for users and for systems, by checking cabling, system configuration, IP assignments and user/device enrollment in systems.
- Performing smart-hands tasks such as cabling, resets, configuration and troubleshooting of various demonstration medical imaging equipment at the direction of remote Business Experts.
- General understanding of the installed audio/visual (A/V) systems and collaboration tools, assisting users with feature/function and performing first level troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms, Surface Hub is helpful.
- Alignment and coordination with A/V vendor and A/V support provider during maintenance and support tasks.
- Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and training.
