Senior System Software Integration Engineer
Software Installation & Integration : Install and configure software on a variety of systems, ensuring successful integration with hardware and networking components.
- System Rework & Maintenance : Perform system rework after software updates, releases, or patches, including troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Design Transfer for Manufacturing : Support software project management, development of software configuration instructions, SBOM, and managing software test tools for design transfer to manufacturing.
- Networking : Configure and manage network settings for software systems, including IP configuration, network security, and firewall rules.
- Cross-Platform Management : Handle system tasks in both Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows environments, ensuring smooth software functionality across platforms.
- System Validation & Testing : Authoring test methods and protocols, conduct system validation tests post-installation to ensure stability, functionality, and performance alignment with engineering specifications.
- Collaboration : Work closely with software developers, network engineers, electro-mechanical engineers, system integration engineer, and QA teams to support integration and resolve technical issues.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of installation procedures, configuration changes / configuration management, and troubleshooting steps.
