Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented, 2D Production Designer to support the Americas market, reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director. This individual will lead the execution of visual merchandising initiatives aligned with our innovative brand goals, ensuring all designs meet global brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with extensive knowledge of print production and installation processes, able to deliver seamless solutions from concept to execution while tailoring messaging to various consumer profiles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead VM production by designing and developing visual merchandising solutions for the Americas market.
• Organize and prepare files for final artwork release to vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising Americas, to create design solutions across multiple fixtures.
• Creatively address layout challenges while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt existing designs to various fixture formats and sizes.
• Uphold brand design standards across all retail touchpoints.
