Our client, an award winning marketing agency working with top tier clients in the B2B tech space (including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Citrix and Oracle) is going through a period of incredible growth winning multiple new accounts every month. They are data driven but renowned for their creative campaigns, and are now looking to add an Associate Media Director to their NY team.
This position will be based in the NY office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
-Lead the development and execution of strategic, integrated media recommendations by utilizing consumer insights, planning tools, past learnings and industry insights.
-Oversee flawless execution of digital media campaigns. This includes leading campaign implementation and execution, monitoring/optimizing, and insightful reporting.
-Manage the day-to-day process and strategic development of all media planning efforts for your clients
-Lead a team of digital media supervisors and managers
-Present media strategy to clients for approval
-Create client specific benchmarks and help to oversee campaign performance to scale results
Skills
-7 years of experience in paid digital media across multiple digital channels
-4 years of experience in an integrated marketing agency
-Must be well-versed in ABM
-Familiar with personalized digital advertising
-Proven knowledge of content syndication and end-to-end lead flow
-Strong experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the tech, SaaS, telecoms industry
-Familiar with a typical marketing tech stack
-Experience of being hands on with tag managers, ad servers, and other tools used to track campaigns.
-Excellent analytical skills and experience generating campaign reports
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
