Our client, a leading multicultural advertising agency which is part of one of the 'Big Four' is hiring for a Digital Media Planner/Buyer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, programmatic display, search, and video. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
This role is a hybrid role (two days per week) and can be based in either LA, SF or NY.
Salary - $70-85k depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to meet campaign goals.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and media consumption habits.
- Plan and execute media buys across display, video, social, OOH, audio, CTV, YouTube and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
- Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure cost-effectiveness of media investments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content that aligns with media strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to enhance media planning efforts.
- Provide performance reports and insights, making data-backed recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Test and implement A/B strategies to improve ad performance and user engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with media planning tools, DSPs, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
