The company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to manage relationships and work successfully with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Ensure the CEO's schedule is well-managed, with timely meetings and appointments.
  • Email Communications: Monitor and draft emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange business and personal travel for the CEO.
  • Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prepare meeting materials and briefings.
  • Technology Assistance: Provide technical support and guidance to the CEO.
  • Document and Resource Management: Organize and manage essential documents and records.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Optimize the CEO's time for maximum productivity.
  • Special Projects: Support the Executive Committee with special projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
