Overview :
Our client, one of the most famous and successful QSR brands in the world is hiring a Marketing Program Manager to oversee and actively manage the delivery of work against select core Marketing pillars from the initial phases of the brand calendar development / ideation to deployment actively manage interdependencies. Our client is known for bold and creative innovation and product development, and are looking for a strong, strategic thought partner to execute against the team’s Marketing plans. This role will work across the Marketing function and broader organization to identify and engage with stakeholders, capture requirements, develop workplans, lead status meetings, develop project / program metrics, tools / artifacts, and develop leadership stakeholder communication documents that demonstrate planning, project health, highlight blockers / risks, and progress against initiatives.
The Day-to-Day :
- Work closely with the Lead to outline the key work streams, maintain Kanban board of work to be done for the team, and oversee progress against the work, supporting team lead on progress, key deliverables, and identification of key risks.
- Leads stakeholder & project team meetings and helps drive content / key messages for meetings with Senior Leadership (and leads the meetings).
- Accountable to effectively plan, facilitate, and ensure assigned initiatives are on track
